Specialisation is the key to our business model. Each member of our team works purely within one area which allows them to develop long term relationships and provide the highest level of detail required by both candidates and clients.

Consultants at Capital Recruitment Group (CRG) are known for their ability to understand the technical, attitudinal and behavioral aspects of each recruiting assignments they undertake. To do this we take a pragmatic and process driven approach.

Step One – Initial Consultation

Initially a consultation process is conducted to define and understand the needs of our clients. This includes providing honest feedback about the current market conditions both in terms of candidate availability, market intelligence, salary levels etc.

Based on an honest assessment of our ability to execute the assignment, we would offer advice on the most effective, timely and cost efficient method to identify qualified candidates.

Step Two - Define the Search and Prepare Shortlist

After the initial consultation, we discreetly identify and assess suitable candidates for the position. Candidates are assessed on their technical, attitudinal and behavioral ability to perform the role and fit into the team.

All shortlists delivered to our clients are extremely well vetted and targeted. We do not rely on volume rather on quality, and believe our reputation has been built on our investment, both time and resources, at this stage of the process.

We guarantee all shortlisted candidates are accurately and completely briefed about the position. In addition, we take all steps possible to ensure that these candidates have not been introduced to the client in the past.

Step Three - Manage the Client Interview Process

Working with Human Resources and the hiring manager, client interviews are arranged and the Consultant will brief the candidates for the meeting. We believe it is critical to provide comprehensive and timely feedback to both the client and candidate. This is done at the completion of each meeting.

Step Four – Manage the Offer, Acceptance and Initial Transition

We ensure clients are accurately informed of the candidate’s remuneration, title and career expectations. At the same time, we are in constant contact our candidates to understand and manage these expectations.

After delivery and acceptance of an offer, we work with the candidate through the resignation process. In addition, we maintain close contact with clients and candidates during the initial transition into the new role.
