The two Directors, Emma Cerini and Erika Humby, have more than 20 years combined search and selection experience in Asia. They approach each assignment with a comprehensive understanding of their areas of specialisation and a commitment to hard work and integrity.
Emma has more than 10 years Recruitment experience in Hong Kong specializing in Banking & Finance. She has covered Front Office, Middle Office and Operations positions. For the last 6 years she has specialized in Compliance and Audit Recruitment for Capital Recruitment Group. Prior to this she worked at Talent 2 and Michael Page International.
In addition to her recruitment responsibilities, Emma has managed teams of up to 6 people and has been involved in determining the strategic direction of an international recruitment firms.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2000, Emma worked as a Psychologist and Management Consultant in Australia. She has a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Western Australia and a Post Graduated Diploma in Business from Deakin University.

Erika specialises in Human Resources recruitment across all industries. She has over eight years experience in both HK and Sydney and have successfully completed Management and Executive level assignments in the Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC and Australia.
Since moving to Hong Kong in 2005, Erika has built a regional profile and in 2008, 2010 and 2011 she was nominated in Asia Money's Top 10 'Best Headhunting Executives' for Human Resources (second place, Asia ex-Japan).
Erika worked for Talent 2 in Hong Kong and then moved to Carmichael Fisher to head up the HR practice. Erika is currently at CRG as the Director for Human Resources Executive Search. Erika is the host of the "HR Women in Hong Kong" industry forum and is actively involved in the HR community in Hong Kong.

Heidi is a Human Resources Generalist with strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, compensation, benefits and employee engagement.
With over ten years experience in Human Resources, Heidi is now specializing in HR recruitment. She provides her clients with specialist knowledge and expertise on key issues such talent acquisition and retention. Prior to working with Capital Recruitment Group she was working as an HR Leader with GE Capital from 2007 to 2011.
Heidi has a Bachelor of Business in Industrial Relations and Human Resources.

Riana obtained her BA degree in Psychology in 2005 and has 8 years’ experience in Human Resources and Recruitment in Asia.
After gaining experience working in in-house HR roles, which included responsibility for regional recruitment, Riana joined Talent2 in Hong Kong and then moved to ANZ Bank in a HR/Recruitment role. Riana then moved to Carmichael Fisher where she was the Candidate Manager, Riana focused on recruitment across Banking and Financial Services.
Riana is currently at Capital Recruitment Group as the Consultant for Audit, Risk and Compliance. Riana speaks fluent English, Hindi and Tagalog.
